HOAs are horrible, they tell people what they can and not do. seen many telling people to remove their American flags, what color they can paint their homes, it has become a problem, I noticed when I was looking to move many say not HOAs

I live in a subdivision with a HOA,( WE didn't and don't have a problem with the rules), the problem is, when WE FIRST moved here, the landscapers were REALLY good about mowing, picking up trash, and snow removal. I've noticed that every year the SAME landscaping company ( outfit), HAD started slacking BIG TIME. Our dues have increased and yet THEIR work is "subpar"... and That's a compliment. The HOA, does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about this company's crappy work ethic and just turns a blind eye to all of it. Meanwhile, they're STILL HERE doing a crappy job and STILL getting PAID for it from our dues. 😡
