this why I never joined the army they try to brainwash you to get everyone to act like one individual not cool is help but this is why you get police officers it wants a party military and wonder why they think the way they think
she's wearing air force rank... looks like tech sergeant to me, but I'm army so... the reason you don't wear a jacket indoors for any length of time is because if you start sweating it reduces your ability to be outdoors in the cold, so any activity that takes time, like chow, waiting in line, cleaning weapons, there's a no jacket rule... it's to keep Joe from getting toasty, sweating a little, then going out in the cold sweaty and ending up hypothermic, and it's not really about the rule being the rule, it's about the development of habit, the formation of "muscle memory" that will cause little things like taking your jacket off indoors to just happen by reflex. some of it is survivability, some is physical and mental health care, and some is just to develop good manners and professional appearance...
