This is why cameras should be out of reach, they will try and cover your camera and say it is for their safety so they don't get ambushed. When in reality they don't want to be recorded and caught violating your rights
he was there on a personal matter while on duty, wearing a tax payer paid for,work uniform, his service revolver, & other weapons, & is probably there in a tax paid for cop car

It seems as though he was up to no good pasting back and forth trying to cover the camera twice putting on gloves banging on the door. There probably was someone inside that knew this cop was coming back to do harm. Thank God for the camera. What ever happened after this.
