I once witnessed a guy shooting a squirt gun full of water into the drivers side of a car ( windows down) shocking the driver. That could’ve caused an accident, and this could cause an accident as well. Drivers are not supposed to be distracted the Snow cell phone usage when you’re driving. What the guy’s doing isn’t cool
