I'm not here to debate on it I just wanted to be known that the first two pictures are filters so we don't get a good basis off of before middle and after she could actually look like how she looked after it was born before the baby was born

I'm.so sorry for what's happened to you. Have faith. There are amazing breakthroughs in healthcare that can repair, treat, reconstruct, and or heal things that may appear to be untreatable. And when or if all else fails, God will find a way to make everything ok in the end. if you have faith in Him you will find that God will make it so that you never experience regret no matter the issue. I believe this in my heart if hearts, in spite of the pain I've felt and still experience.
My mother had two girls and two boys. None of us stole her beauty. She was beautiful her whole life! I do not believe this is the same lady. It is two different people with the later looking at least 20 years older. It is probably Grandma. No one's face would change that much.
