The biker was in the wrong in my eyes. Glad no one was hurt either way.

Hell YES the bike driver was wrong. It's illegal to pass on the right AND there wasn't even a lane there. EVERY driver occupies a space in a lane. Weather your driving a semi truck or a go cart. if you want to act absurd and weave in and out of cars, you might as well be riding on the sidewalk and up swathing around trees. IDIOTS!!! And then get off your bike and ask if you're trying to start a fight????

Spare me. Bikers need to stop breaking the law. Passing by lane splitting or what this clown just did is wrong and breaking the law.

So if Lane Splitting is legal, it makes it car's fault. if it's not, then biker at fault.

Mororcycles are legal to split lanes. Car driver should have checked his mirrors before moving the car.

Lane splitting might be legal in some places, but it doesn't make it smart! Anybody that rides knows it is dangerous, but yet they still do it! Don't get mad when you get hurt or worse!

I agree with the guy in the car that motorcycle should not have been. There was another one right behind him. You do not run the road. Follow the law.😡
