I agree with the judge's decision, why because first the disrespect are shown in the courtroom toward the victims families. Second, they don't have any remorse so why shouldn't they be tried as an adult, they did an adult crime so they should be tried as an adult and do adult time. they took a man's life unnecessarily so yeah the judge is right in this one they should be held over and tried as adults and be held accountable. I didn't see him smiling or laughing and dancing after he said that did any of you?

I think the age to be tried as adults should be lowered to16. People are mature enough at that age to know right from wrong. Alot of kids believe that they can do things(knowing it's wrong) and they will go to juvenile detention for a few years. Not tried as an adult. I am glad that this judge is hampering that sense of security.

I agree we have laws that punish destruction of private property. and they killed someone also punishable they weren't up there throwing stuff doing something constructive they knew what they were doing

It’s an horrific tragedy magnified by the IQ deficiency of the perpetrators. My best guess is they are all morons at best and possibly an imbecile or 2. I feel certain that they received little to no responsible parenting….for obvious reasons.

They killed a father and had no remorse. Do not give him leniency. The father will never see his family. Why should he.

Fake post if you look up Kenneth white’s death (Michigan) etc. You will see who was convicted of his death.

I think they should try them separately. I don't think it's fair to the kids to be tried as a group. I think it should be seen as an individual act and weed out the bad actor that manipulated everybody into doing that possibly
