These fish are native to the Amazon River basin and can grow up to 7 feet and over 400lbs. It's mean to have them in this tank, I don't care what he's doing with them. They are apparently good to eat. They are banned in several US states and some states require a permit to have them. They are supposed to come and inspect their living sittuation.
