so you go there once and have to go to court for it and then go back and do the same thing? Now you are just causing problems. For what?

Cops really don't know the laws the supposed to enforce instead they make up laws to enforce that shit don't work that's why they keep getting sued and fired but they just don't learn 🤷

These officers act sooo much better then the ones I've had dealings with in the surrounding counties, such as Dickson, professional...you can definitely feel the tension between the officers and gentlemen, walking behind someone in this type of encounter would be an intimidating gesture towards the person standing still (one that cops are unfortunately trained to do when they feel like the "situation" may escalate-which is often when things do escalate, bc some people find this as an aggressive maneuver and instinctually go in defensive mode) makes me wonder how many experiences they've had with each other prior.

if you don't stand for something you believe in, you'll fall for anything....and that's how socialism begins... history would not have changed had Rosa Parks or Martin Luther King just fell in line and followed suit. no sir. they knew their rights, and spoke up for what they believed in. part of what I love about America, we have free will. often times then not though there are bad apples in the bunch, as they say, and they try to restrict others simply bc they can...don't let one person hold you back from standing firm on your believes. you never know whose life you may positively impact by exposing injustices.

What we do with is our bully cop! Those are the same cops who have an ego when they’re talking to citizen, but the moment they get in front of a judge, or they have a deposition all of the sudden they coward down and pretend as what they did was OK!

So, was this guy blocking the sidewalk with a bunch of stuff? Because you can't do that, because it restricts the free movement of others. If they were on the grass where the "No Trespassing" sign is, then yes, it is illegal to trespass on State Property. Just because something is owned by the government doesn't mean you have free access to anywhere. For example, people can not live in the space in between the Interstate Roadway and the underside of the Interstate.
