All the suggestions people are saying, HE, packaged them as safe as he could, I know he was not expecting this to happen, if he was I'm sure he would have made provisions, she should be made to give him restitution...this is very sad 😥
That’s not the point no one should have thrown his backpack on the floor. He has the right to carry whatever he wants in his personal luggage or backpack as long as it’s legal. Karen’s everywhere a crying shame. Help him recover as much of the ashes. Karma will take care of all those involved
