Yeah, it sucks when an oncoming vehicle either has their high beams on or has a high output headlight. You just flash your high beams and that should take care of the problem. But this is a little extreme this high intensity light, and notice they said "Disorienting" well if that on coming driver has a seizure due to the strobing effect and crashes and gets injured God forbid dies. I think you could be held or will be held liable and probably arrested, prosecuted and sentenced to some jail time. Now this is just my opinion and it's mine alone. If I've offended anyone, you get no F's from me. 👍
