There is no abuse or domestic violence here. Dad is NOT slamming her to the ground, kicking her, stomping her and slapping her. He's not even breaking bones. He whipping that butt and he's not doing this for his pleasure either. That daughter did something in school, and Dad is letting her know she's wrong and that he will spend the time to correct her in public just like she acted up in public. This is called corrective parenting. Dad is not going to spare the rod and spoil the child. He will beat that butt because he loves her and doesn't want her to continue down a wrong path. This is his God-given responsibility. The streets will treat her like a prisoner because she could easily be one of her if parents don't step in to correct her. The people of the streets dont care they will do more to her than what is shown here.
