Washington's attorney plans to file a $20 million lawsuit against the officer, alleging racial profiling and excessive force. Washington was initially charged with drug and weapons charges, which were later dropped after testing showed the substance was not fentanyl, according to The Seattle Times. He posted a $5,000 bond for three other charges, including resisting arrest, obstruction, and marijuana possession.

That should be considered assault and she should lose her job, because she is clearly incapable of doing her job. We as a people need to understand it is our job to govern our government.
