its not the judge's or the inmate's job to impose extra-judicial punishment. incarceration itself is the punishment. using another person's offense to justify your violent nature is the demonstrating exactly why they are in prison in the first place.
its weird how felons sit around in prison and fight about who's offense is worse. its their own way of virtue signaling and trying to retain some semblance of moral superiority over someone, anyone they can. most of them have no coping skills so they use this as an excuse to justify their own sick mind.

he will be put with other just like him in a seperate wing to be protected from the rest of general population for as long as he wants to be or as long as the wardon keeps him there. Both can request he be put in general population though.
