Why that spot? I'm genuinely curious why you would pick a field next to the interstate with what appears to be void of trees and water, instead of a state park or more protected area. Are there regulations as far as where they are allowed to be released?#UnpopularOpinion #CaughtOnCamera

They probably had to let it go to close where it was found. Usually that’s how they release animals

It's where they or someone found him/her. Might be a river or lake around where it's released.

it flies...I don't think it matters where it's released...except maybe for an area where there are powerlines...besides that it's not like it has to cross the freeway or walk around...he's just gonna fly away

wherever they were born wherever they were found injured that's where they released back to not every eagle is in the woods up high in the mountains I live on a farm in Colorado flat area you used to be in eagle that would get on top of the rail of the pickup truck every morning and wait for me because when I drove down the road it made the rabbits run out in front of me and the eagle would fly and get its meal it was smart

You have to be certified to rehabilitate wild birds and animals and once they have recovered they have to be released at same place they were found.

I see a field that would be filled with items for possums, squirrels, raccoons, and other ground animals would feed. That in turn invites foxes, and other meat eaters. Looks like the perfect place.

If you look at its flight path, the eagle turned around and went flying directly behind where the woman releasing it was standing. It made it be mine in that direction, so it knows where it is, he’s going looking for his mate and their the mayorstomping grounds as it were. I hope he finds her. I’m sure he will. They have powers beyond anything we know. Animals are amazing.

It’s literally a single road in the middle of nowhere in the video approves it. There’s roads that lead to state parks and wildlife management and all that so what’s the difference? Actually there’s more roads that lead to a state park wildlife management than what you see here.

More than likely it was injured in that area and this person fixed its injury and nursed it back to good health. Then the person returned it to the area it was from to release it in familiar territory. My father would do this all the time ❣️
