At Winterplace in Beckly WV they have snow tubing. They use this to get up the hill with your tube. My girls were 3 and 5. They would not let me put the 3 year old inside the tube while going up the hill. It was a total mess trying to get them both and 2 snow tubes and myself on that thing.
How does OSHA let places like this set up things. There’s so many things that can go wrong in this situation😆
