Anybody who attempts to justify this is just as looney tunes as this psychopath. This was not her first stabbing, and she brought a weapon and mask to work prior to any disagreement. This wasn't a Fortune 500 company: it's McDonald's. There is a McDonald's five minutes from every home in America. She could've called corporate and filed a grievance. She could've gone to another McDonald's: she chose to do neither. She murdered her boss because she wanted to. Many of us have been bullied, and many of us exercise logical, rational options.

man I've seen understaffed places they always working as hard as they can in different spots i go to even asked why stay and they said they can't afford to lose they job or like some ppl I know barely living paycheck to paycheck and got situations where they can't look for another place of employment but the fact how they was treated In front of everyone by the owner's/managers, some ppl have a breaking point some snap and some have mental health problems but this is definitely an example of why you treat ppl with respect because we can all agree this would have been avoided if she didn't dehumanize her or disrespect there employees knowing they don't want to be there but have too and for a owner/manager to take advantage of that kinda opened the door for it i don't wish death on no one but I'm born and raised in chicago and death is super normal to us that it's actually insane how normalize it is,

im not being insensitive to anyone but i had a boss like that once we were cool when we worked together, but when she became my Boss she turned into a witch we had it out twice bad she knew i was a good worker she over looked it but still rode my azz ... I had enough i went to her Boss which she was pist about i didnt care so her Boss told me to come to her from now & from that day forth i would like look at her as if she had a booger on her nose.. She didnt mess with me to more though..
