I don't think Melania ever married Trump with any thought of his running for President. She is NOT American, that's right, so she was never brought up with the American culture, American history, or American politics. Her husband forced the situation on her, not once, but twice. I sense she is a more shy, quiet person, and has always felt uncomfortable in the role. She is also not at all part of the family, as the third wife who also didn't raise his children. She probably has always felt isolated.... an outsider. Then to be forced into the spotlight with millions upon millions of people ogling her, globally. She wasn't educated and trained in any way for this position, and she shouldn't be continually picked on, for not being what you all think is adequate for the First Lady. I'm also a Democrat who detests Trump, so don't even think about calling me a MAGA defender.
