I think this is a very good lesson to teach this young lady! My daughter was just murdered. She took so many risks. Every time I would tell her girls like you, missing all the time and murdered. She would tell me I watch too many of them shows. I say way to go, mom and dad!💕
Yep... Stop Her Fast ass Now before She Turns Up missing. They kill these girls and cut them into pieces in AZ or burn their bodies or are never seen again. There are so many stories about abductors holding gitls hostage for decades and having a babies. She has No idea dangerous it is in the streets!
When I was in my early 20s, my mother got my brother-in-law to hide in the backseat of my car with a stocking over his head and a perfume bottle and when I got into the car to drive away, he pulled the perfume bottle on me and I didn’t know it was a perfume bottle. And I thought it was a person trying to kidnap me. I was so scared and when he told me who he was, I got out of the car and my knees buckled and I fell to the ground. I was so scared. But my mother did it teach me a lesson And it worked. It worked very well. I’ve never gotten into a car with a stranger nor allowed a stranger in my car ever since that happened. And I’m 70 years old now.

This is not good parenting. sorry, you all are out of your minds. The scars from that moment will last forever. Personally, I'd leave home after that and never look back. parents are supposed to guide and train their kids from lmao a young age, not to trust strange people and get in their cars. There are different ways to accomplish this then planning a fear based situation like this one. Fear is not always the best teacher. Example: let your kid get a terrible burn when she sticks her hand in fire, allow your child to play with a beehive so she gets stung 100 times . Plus knowing you caused all that fear will make the child not trust the parent. Stop thinking fear is better than guidance and love. Think more deeply about this.

I think that they are awesome parents who put the fear of God into their daughter. And very happy it was them, instead of human trafficking trash.

Unfortunately she will only learn from this that her parents are twisted. She'll tell all her friends how screwed up her parents are and how they just don't know what they're talking about. They're just sooo paranoid. She'll watch her parents like a hawk and always wonder if they're lying or tricking her again. She'll never fully believe anything they say. BUT she WILL always look in the backseat before getting in a car. And she'll probably never get into a strangers car again. So MAYBE it was worth it? Depends on your kid. Most kids resent being manipulated or tricked and respond by doing what they're not supposed to do. I'd just talk to them with respect

In the 80s, my stepfather did this to my sister on our way home from school. He was in a friend van and the friend jumped out and grabbed her. We chased the van forever thinking she got kidnapped. That was a horrible prank to play on a bunch of kids.
They should have started the stranger danger talks long before this point.

Good! these young girls get lured into cars, and that's a good thing the parents set her up. That means she spends too much time online and not enough time engaging with her parents. This is where the internet is dangerous for children.
