If they know him they should have helped him. If they don’t know him then they can’t trust him. Sadly that’s what the world has come to. I would’ve thrown some sweats out a window or a blanket. And called the cops to check on him. If he’s so desperate why doesn’t he want the cops called? If I was beaten and stripped I’d welcome the police to come help me.
