Poor guy, I’ve been in that awkward and embarrassing situation. I reached for a bottle of spaghetti sauce which was in a small box on the top shelf. The pressure of my arm on the side of the box brought down all 6 jars onto the floor. It all sprayed onto my pants and shoes. An employee came to clean up the mess on the floor but didn’t offer any assistance for me. I would have appreciated a towel to wipe the sauce off of me. I was so upset I left my filled cart and walked out. Btw, I’m a short gal and I’m tired of having to reach for items on the top shelves. Sometimes I have to step up onto the bottom shelf, which isn’t safe. Otherwise I have to stand there and wait for help. I hate grocery shopping!

I saw someone fall at a Walmart and they were clearly setting it up for a lawsuit. The mother all but said it and the manager knew it. The mother made them call an ambulance and the grown daughter did have a busted lip. She wasn't comfortable with the way her mom was acting.

when a person slip and fall in a store and your a worker your not suppose to leave that person sight you call for help like she is doing she is doing the right thing so he won't leave because she have to do a report since it happened in her face once help arrive they will clean it up .she have to follow rules she is not suppose to leave to go get tissue thats the purpose of her making the call and making sure she ask if he is OK is the right thing to do .you should never walk away from the person who is hurt just to get some tissue because anything else can happen if you walk away then she will be in trouble for not keeping an eye on him he might say he ok but they will say go get yourself checked put at the hospital and make a report
The guy acted like he couldn't keep his feet off of the mess he made. Just kept moving around and placing the end of his feet in the stuff, which was simply nonsense, some people are nerve wracking. 😕
