This is a rookie cop. He's being irrational by pulling on her arm. Some of these cop want to treat you like you're their child ,no respect at all. Police officers need to have respect, too ,especially if they wa t it back. Their approach is wrong during traffic stops a lot of times. Also most of the police officers don't even know the law, Literally, and get pissed off at someone that does.

Sorry everybody, but I’m gonna disagree. There is not enough information being given in this video to determine whether or not the cop is doing anything wrong. There could’ve been circumstances before this video started that warranted his actions.
