Who the F benches like that? flatten your back. That wouldn't be a legal rep if she tried that in a competition. And how much is that? 110? Looks to be a 25, 5, and maybe 2.5 on the end. Although if that's a girl's bar, it may only be 35, not 45

I don't know anything about Contortionist Bench Pressing, but just watching that made my lower back hurt .... I had to go crack a couple beers 🍺🍻 from the fridge just to settle the spasms down. 😜😂

cheat. she arch is way too high high enough that she doesn't have to down as far. it's the same with those idiots in the military I was with with pushups....they'd put their arms and hands close to their torso and pump out dozens of pushups....that's not how this works. form first then quality
