I just have one question why this person who was convicted Larry Hoover was imprisoned initially in Illinois for a 1973 murder conviction. He was later sentenced to federal prison for running a criminal enterprise while already incarcerated. This included involvement in drug conspiracy and other related crimes. Hoover was also the leader of the Gangster Disciples and was convicted of ordering the execution of a rival drug dealer.
