No, the rules state the horse must cross the finish line with the rider to win. My thought: The horse that knocked out the jockey should have been disqualified.

as a horse rider it would have been extremely dangerous for the knocked out jockey if he wasn't conscious to stay on the horse. many jockeys have been severely injured or killed due to accidents. in a way God protected the jockey as his foot could have been stuck in a stirrup. it was a victory for both as no injuries occurred. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

This makes no sense. That's why jockeys are smaller men, they weigh less. You can't win without a jockey. This video makes it seem the jockey was being punished by God.
