This looks fake, and I've never once found worms like that in strawberries in my 66 years, even when we were out in huge fields picking them! Let's talk about dried figs instead. They're usually packed with wasp/fly larvae after the insect mother lays her eggs in them. I still eat them, I just know that they're "meaty!"

Soak in water and baking soda. The bugs will climb out of the strawberries. Then rinse them off and dry completely. Ready to eat. Soak apples in baking soda to get rid of the waxy coating. After soaking fruit, it will be shiny.

never found anything in my strawberries, but I found a worm in the cob of a frozen corn cob.. boiling away I saw something coming out the top, took it out plucked it out, it was a worm, there was a burrow hole in the cob. Whole pan of cobs straight in the trash.
