Someone else needs to be teaching how to drive. If he holds and turns that steering wheel like on road he will have a accident for sure

First put on the seatbelt. Then put your hands at 10-2 on the steering wheel. If you keep putting your hands the way You are in the video. You will break your wrist. Good luck.
