Full context: She was involved in a MVC and was suspected of DUI. They took her to the PD to perform FST which she consented too. She spent 10-20 minutes agreeing and disagreeing to do the tests. Now, it was determined that the old lady she killed did in fact walk in front of the moving vehicle. In the USA, if you’re intoxicated while causing death to someone, you will still be charged. This helps you in court because they need to prove that your impairment had significant affect on your reaction time. Based on the full video and case files I researched, I truly believe that whether she was intoxicated or not, that lady would have still died. She was proven to be intoxicated and was charged with DUI causing death, punishable up to only 5 years in prison. It’s looking good for this woman but this is why you don’t drive drunk. You give yourself a world full of adult problems

I feel sorry for her because she's a good person my best friend wife been a nurse for 30 years and she accidently hit and killed a 3 year old baby that was unattended that ran out into the streets it really messed her up good thing she don't smoke weed drink or nuthing she didn't get arrested but she still had to go to the police department and go through all the process she didn't go in cuffs she was coming home from work so I hope this lady be alright GOD bless her hart 🧐💯🤷🏻😢❤️🙏

During this time period there were people playing truth or dare and were daring random people jumping In front of cars. They need to investigate these cases a little more thoroughly. I understand it looks like she was under the influence. But she could have been a victim of someone literally jumping in front of her care.
