bicycles have a right to use the road. She did everything correctly. The car driver DELIBERYLY HIT HER. THAT COULD BE CONSIDERED VEHICULAR ASSAULT WITH INTENT TO KILL. NOT an ACCIDENT, TOTALLY INTENTIONAL.
