every1 is affected differently by fenty. i have been addicted to almost every drug. there's a reason the sobriety success rate for fenty sobriety is low. cuz that fenty monster is hard 2 over come. and quittin fenty was the hardest thing I've ever done apart from losing my daughter. but if i can do it, anyone can! godbless them all

I'm not from the big city. Small town girl. I dont understand what he means by "did the train do that to your back"? How did the train do it? And what drug are you all referring to that does this to people's spine? I'm so lost watching this video.

The people down there with the humps in their backs likely got a staph infection that wasn’t taken care of and spread to the bones of the spine. During osteomyelitis the bones degenerate and leave large gaping holes that effect the overall structure of the bone leading to not being able to support the weight of the persons body if it goes to the vertebra and thus the phenotypic presentation you see here
