You all kill me with inappropriate responses to this clip, talking about he's going to be 400 pounds and his mom should feed him healthier foods. He was terminally ill with cancer, does anyone think about certain drugs for. illnesses that cause weight gain and swelling.🤔🤔Nope just jump in and insult the mom, without knowledge of the situation. SMH😞😞

That kid needs to stop eating. Why would you feed your kid unhealthy foods? Poor little guy, he's not super obese. He is what they call morbidly obese. A kid that age should be running around and getting exercise. I guarentee mom is feeding him flaming hot cheetos,Takis and all of the other snack foods.
