Why would a judge allow these criminals in police uniforms to come to the courtroom like this to try intimidating a father grieving the loss of his child?

If ride or die was a person, he would be it! I won't condone his actions, but I will respect his love for his child. He did what he felt he had to do to exact his son's senseless and wrongful death. Running away is no threat, and these cops have to do better!

What a tragic situation. Until the full honesty truth of how Mr. Hinton’s son was killed will it be understood. He Hinton was in shocked and I’m saying he was right, but there’s understandable compassion for him. What is not acceptable is why Police are withholding footage of the killing of Mr. Hinton’s son!!! Also, the killing looks and body language of the 30 officers!!! And the unhidden intent to hurt Mr. Hinton!!! 😭🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

My Son was killed by a local police officer. And it took alot of praying to keep me from confronting the police just to ask him why, why my son, was this because he and my son were rivals about some female at the school they both attended. The emotional stability of losing a child never goes away. Some days it’s manageable but some days parents feel as if they can cry a river. The pain never goes away. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

It’s not always the cops fault. I’m white had 2 brothers that stayed in trouble. We never blamed the cops. My brothers got everything the deserved for the life they chose to live. What goes around comes around around. Ppl have to take responsibility for their choices.

This man took a sheriffs life. It was wrong. 30 years on the force. Why. He had nothing to do with his son’s death. It’s not even about his son death anymore. It’s about the sheriff now. A totally innocent man. Justice will be served. Rest In Peace Sheriff.

Plus his son had a gun in his hand as he turned back briefly to look out for the Cop chasing him. Why not leave it in the car? Why have a gun and commit a crime?? Quit blaming everyone except this young man who made a horrible mistake.

It sounds like he missed a payment on a vehicle. Then, the vehicle was reported stolen.
Then it sounds like the young man had a gun when the cop pulled him over. Then, the young man touched the gun while the cop was around the vehicle.
I have guns in the car all the time. When I get pulled over by police or SHP, I don't reach for any of them.
Some common sense goes a long way.
As soon as the officer walks up to your door.
You notify the officer that there are weapons in the vehicle. You have no interest or intention of using them at this point and time.
👍 simple. Don't reach for them.

Whoever the officer is killed, that child should be walking right behind that Father. They always come up with an excuse they innocence. Just because they have a badge and a gun doesn't give them the right to kill. you reap what you sew.
