The house doesn't look that bad from where he is standing, sure it needs gutters fixed and it may have other issues but at least they will have a roof over their heads. They may be able to fix issues with the house and maybe they got a discount for it. Don't criticize if you haven't checked everything out!

Yup. Roofers donβt do utters. New roof waiting for the guttering crew to do their thing. Looks like a demo o see what color looks good on the house. Personally, I would go with the same fascia color, but thatβs one persons opinion.
