They should be sued PERSONALLY. Lose all personal assets plus qualified immunity.
Don't ever do field sobriety test they are designed to fail and don't talk to police don't sign nothing ask for a lawyer

Very unusual ….. easily get long jail if a fake scam ….. go to a hospital young man & get your lawyer & the News Channels are excellent in this type of horrific crime against the Tax Payer.But I can’t imagine any cop in my area attempting this kind of criminal activity ….. really stupid & jail time

Because it is high feels sobriety test it is a field agility test and I’m not a bit agile, bad knees, bad ankle bad back I had to eye surgeries where they removed my eyes completely from my head to reposition them. There’s no way I can ever pass their field sobriety test.
