There's a way to do things and this wasn't the way. First using vulgar vocabulary isn't gonna get you anywhere, shouting in that manner is rude. He should have stood in line and ask for a manager or asked for one to assist him with his complaint. Everything shouldn't be approached aggressively. Oh yeah usps does that. They dont like people who dont speak English. I worked at customer service in a ups warehouse and they would send people who spoke little english to us. We did our best to help but all we could do was send them back to usps. usps is super lame for that.
