Been a C N A 43 years. And have never seen so much unprofessionalism in my life it starts with a head the CEO when the head is not right the body won’t be right. They care too much about the CNA reporting to them about other CNA then caring about patient care they get away with too much CNA in 1982 and you would never see anything like this going on praying for the patience🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

This is exactly the reason why O left this field 20yrs ago. They made this STNA class part of some of the other "welform reform" acts. This is when training was done in nursing home for 2wks, after 2wks you worked the flr and waited for state to come and test you. They had up to 3mths. Nowww , crazy 14wks..😂😅. No pay..smh. But anywaysss I seen the shift in the field and I had no time to be fighting with females cause they ignorant or jealous so I left and went into management. And yes its always us, our own. 🙏
