Latex paint, which is most, can be disposed of in regular trash. No recycling needed. The recovery fee is paid to the state to assist in mitigation of pollutants. Ok? Now relax.

Another ignorant person who probably voted democrat and is too stupid to know that it’s those state legislators who are responsible for this ripoff. Classic.

Has always been best for everyone to get rid of paint responsibly. A small fee is quite worth it. Stores aren’t stupid enough to take back everyone’s trash. Found out from Walmart that this fee is forwarded on to the state for disposal of climate issues forced on them from the government. So you are a complete idiot for not researching this before you opened your stupid mouth. Just trying to cause hate for no damn reason! Grow a brain liar!!!

I'm going to do the responsible thing and just dump it into the trash when I'm done with it

In Colorado, PaintCare (a non-profit) manages a paint stewardship program, funded by a fee added to the wholesale price of architectural paint, which retailers then pass on to consumers.

and make sure you don't get ripped off when you're buying your meat and your produce and the same goes for poetry and fish Make sure you're getting and being charged for what it really weighs and be careful of these people that are on the side doing their car to get all of your card information that is happening right with the cast register Roman right there so she's all obviously either in it with him or they're fast and quick either one you lose keep aware and be vigilant

That's why I don't shop at Walmart anymore haven't shopped at Walmart for over 15 years they started that self check out and then want to check all your bags to make sure you're not ripping them off and then treat you like a criminal so I don't like that kind of treatment so I stopped going to them 15 years ago!! If they change their ways I'll go back but not until!!

Quit complaining and just wash out the pail then use a can opener to cut off the lid rim. Now you have a handy all-purpose pail that won't rust.
