Latex paint, which is most, can be disposed of in regular trash. No recycling needed. The recovery fee is paid to the state to assist in mitigation of pollutants. Ok? Now relax.

Has always been best for everyone to get rid of paint responsibly. A small fee is quite worth it. Stores aren’t stupid enough to take back everyone’s trash. Found out from Walmart that this fee is forwarded on to the state for disposal of climate issues forced on them from the government.So you are a complete idiot for not researching this before you opened your stupid mouth. That's why I don't shop at Walmart anymore haven't shopped at Walmart for over 15 years they started that self check out and then want to check all your bags to make sure you're not ripping them off and then treat you like a criminal so I don't like that kind of treatment so I stopped going to them 15 years ago!!
