It is one thing to discard their uniforms on the side of the road it is a whole other thing to discard them leaving them with all of their patches and insignias on them when they throw them out. That is actually a criminal act. because people can come and find these discarded uniforms with all of their patches and all of their insignias which you cannot buy they must be given to you when you become qualified and find them on the side of the road and use them while in the midst of committing criminal activities and people believe that they are LEO's easily simply by their patches on their uniforms.
