The charges were upped to second-degree murder after Armstrong died on Aug. 7. Harris was sentenced to eight years in prison for manslaughter on August 2018.

that kid died from brain damage and the father got charged with murder, so idk, I mean I get him protecting his daughter 100% but he shouldn't have taken it so far, not because he didn't deserve it that guy deserved every bit of that, but now the father will never get to see his daughter again, so now if anything happens to her after he won't be there to protect her yk?
