That guy is an imbelcile! He may have a right to request that... if they were filming inside his store... but once they are on a public street and out in public, they can record whatever they wish, too Film! Now, if they record people and then post it without their written consent... that's a separate issue, but for private use to show at home, you can film everything!! Being in public is the key.

These Mf$ Never went to law school Don't have No Authority to Enforce Not One Law Haven't read a book or Nothing about laws they think they know Never even did a Google search about the laws the claim they know.
