No BBL here, so this is 4 any who finds it useful. A sour smell may b time of learning &/or body adjusting. Butt/groin glands/membranes r potent, known 2 linger, & can smell like (bod) piercing funk if not worse.. B gentle & thorough; less stress, less stink. When u wash, lather area full coverage granny panties cover leg/lady bits & lower butt creases 2x. If hard 2 reach, use a lathered hand towel (gently) like a back scrubby cloth. Rinse thoroughly w/ copious h20 from removable shower head. Dry completely: part cheeks amongst other things, sit wide on towel, or blow-dry. Use talc/cornstarch. Perfume on hips/lower back might help; Use 1 that melds if poss. If dr ok's, 1c distilled white vinegar (acid) OR sea salt/baking soda (base) in bath. Let h20 access all areas, 'parting' front & rear as nec. When u sit on commode, part them 2 make a direct passage, avoiding waste contact.
