I ran pizza stores and a pizza chain for many years. Got to point where I despised pepperoni. I absolutely LOVE a perfect hawaiian pizza. Canadian bacon, pineapple, bacon bits UNDER the cheese, extra cheese, and FRESH, cold, diced or sliced tomatoes on top AFTER cooking. Heaven!!

I work at a pizza parlor and 80% of the orders have pineapple on them.
I have like pizza with pineapple, bacon, spam, and onions for 65 yjears. Other types of pizza also but always in my monthly rotation. To add insult, I prefer thick crust, Detroit style. Pizzas are good anyway that they are made. People just have preferences. However, anchovies, pineapple, and jalapeño pushed the limits.
