How is anyone able to do something so horrific? What can drive them to do something like this? Just like that guy who set a woman on fire in New York for no reason.

The man he killed was homeless. He did not know him! He also was never married.. so that was a lie.. also prior to this murder he murdered somebody else and got away with it, the case got dismissed.
