I think after you retire, he shouldn鈥檛 be paying any property taxes anymore. If your properties paid off on the due line you live in and the real estate you live on.

there is no law that we have to pay property taxes. there is no law and it's been lawyers that's gone to the highest courts and said they would give $500,000 to anybody that could show that we have to pay property taxes. there is no law

the average homeowner is spending around 100000.00 one hundred thousand in 30 yrs. based on 200000.00 demanding on your interest rate. You might have bought your house for two hundred thousand 20 years ago. But you're also being taxed for a house that that state values at five hundred thousand today.But we all know that can flip in an instant and up can be upside down overnight. I am being extremely low 3000.00 a year or 250.00 a month in taxes.

I think our government is fucking tyrannical in this respect because there is not a single person in this country that truly owns the land that they've paid on- you don't think so? don't pay your property taxes, and then you'll get a knock on your door from law enforcement - who are ready to use violence if necessary to seize your assets... correction their assets
