If it was legal then why didn’t he go and pass. So maybe he didn’t have time to pass all of the vehicles or when he seen the cop he said shit I’ve got weed and backed off.
Only can one vehicle at a time if you are on a single lane passing in oncoming traffic. This person was trying to pass more than one vehicle.

Don't get the speed when passing on 2 lane road. Cars had passing gear when you floored it . If passing a tractor trailers how long can you wait to pass before a head on Collison, because don't know if oncoming traffic is speeding.

Its obvious, you can’t overtake more than one vehicle at a time. He literally was speeding to pass more than one car! Plus they should have just went for it because he made it worst by staying in the opposite lane for too long.

It looks like he was going to pass the pick up and the vehicle in front of the pick up. Which would be passing multiple vehicles at one time. Then he realized that was a police vehicle, pulled back in behind the pick up truck. Meanwhile, the police officer realized what he was doing Had some kind words with him.🤔
