The bullet continued, and unfortunately hit an innocent bystander in the hand grazing them. The shooter has been arrested, but no one is dead thank God.!!!

The question would be if his lawyer can convince a judge that he was in "imminent harm" and that the force was necessary to prevent it. The shooter did not hit his target; however, the bullet did graze the hand of a bystander. The shooter fled and was arrested later. The bystander that was grazed, refused medical treatment and was released at the scene
