Well, if they don’t get eaten by a gator; this is the perfect breeding ground for the flesh-eating/brain-eating amoeba called, Naegleria fowleri…so there’s that. Especially, when you’re jumping in to the water and the water pushes the amoeba right up your nose.

oh that's a baby growing up in Texas on lake Livingston where we used to swim off of 356 behind the old Galloway's Marina we had a 6 ft alligator that lived in the back he would come out early in the mornings and late in the evening I saw that alligators win by us and numerous times but always early morning or late evening we got to where we quit swimming at those time of days and never saw it again unless you went to the very back of cove

The gators will rip you apart and eat you, unless you go messing with a snake it will try to get away from you, the pythons don’t hunt people, a child yes could get eaten by python but they don’t come looking for people. I’d be more worried about accidentally stepping on one of the 6 venomous snakes

I moved to Savannah, Georgia and little over two years ago. Four different times, after heavy rains and especially after hurricanes, we have been warned not to walk in certain areas. Because of the ALLIGATORS.

when I was a kid we swam in the water at a animal preserve off of highway 301 . Later on in life I seen t least 200 gators in that lake.
