There was a guy who forgot to pack a parachute and jumped out of a plane, he only had a camera backpack on and didn’t realize it until…
He didn't forget to tie his harness. He would have known the second he started climbing that it wasn't attached. He climbed knowing damn well that he had no harness going up, so very stupid on his part.
well, at least he wasn't that high up when he fell .....
I looked into this. He got airlifted to the hospital and managed to live, probably due to his athleticism. He will never climb again, though. He severed his spine and is a quadriplegic .
