I hear stories like this all the time of straight men who go to extreme lengths in order to protect Thier reputation while knowingly spreading AIDS. it's so sad because all he had to do was get treated,all he had to do was use protection, all he had to do was be honest. it's not fair to those he infected. wasn't fair to him but you have to assume some responsibility for not using protection. and certainly above all don't put anyone else at risk.
