This is not bleaching!! I know this look all to well.. I would say she had something poured or splashed on her,stuff like that happens very frequently in other countries.. I was burned as a child and spent many hours/days in a burn center,I saw all kinds of burns and that looks familiar.. Bless her heart ❤️ I hope she heals fast..
